By utilizing karizj.com (the "Site") or the Karizj Data Insights Platform services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform interface or registered email. Continued use of the platform following such variations constitutes legal acceptance of the revised framework.

Karizj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our analytical frameworks. Users are prohibited from:

• Circumventing security measures or accessing data models without authorization.
• Employing automated scrapers, bots, or extraction protocols not explicitly permitted via API.
• Using Karizj insights to build a competing data analysis product.

The site design, code, proprietary visualization logic, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Karizj. Users retain full ownership of the raw data they upload; however, by using the service, you grant us the right to process this data to deliver technical insights and platform performance reports.

Karizj provides analytical frameworks on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our systems are designed for high precision, we do not guarantee that the insights provided are free from error or that the platform will be uninterrupted. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses or business interruptions resulting from data-driven decisions made by the user.
