At any point, you may request the permanent deletion of your profile and associated metadata. We process these requests within 72 hours of verification.

Your framework configurations and insights belong to you. We provide exports in standard JSON or CSV formats to ensure zero platform lock-in.

You have the right to request a comprehensive report of all personal data Karizj holds, including how it has been utilized within our systems.
Physical & Digital Hardening
Data resides in encrypted vaults using AES-256 standards at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our servers are located in tier-three data centers with biometric access controls and 24/7 surveillance.
Internal access to client data is governed by the principle of least privilege. Only authorized Karizj engineers, required for specific system maintenance, can access production environments, always under strict MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) protocols.
Retention Periods
We retain personal information only as long as an account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon closure of a Karizj workspace, we initiate a 30-day "soft-deletion" period before permanent purging of all record sets.
Third-Party Flux
We do not sell data to brokers. We utilize sub-processors for cloud hosting and log management (such as AWS and Cloudflare) who are verified for GDPR/PDPA compliance through Data Processing Addendums.
